If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer store credit within 30 days of delivery, as long as the hair extensions remain in their original packaging and have not been tampered with.

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges, but you can always return your item for store credit and place a new order. To initiate a return, please email us at support@meiverahhair.com with your order number and reason for return, and we will provide you with instructions.
