Is your hair extension made from human hair? How can I tell if a hair product is made from human hair?

All of our hair products are made from 100% human hair. Consider the following methods to distinguish if a hair product is made from human hair:

  1. Take a small strand of hair from the product and burn it with a lighter. Human hair smells like burnt protein. When you rub burnt hair with your fingers, it will turn into ashes.
  2. Take a single hair strand and run your fingers from the root to the tip, it feels smooth and silky. Then, when you reverse the direction and run your fingers from the tip to the root, you'll notice that it feels dry and less smooth.

Does the product look the same as the pictures on the website? Do I need to style it myself to achieve the look from the photos?

The images displayed on our website are genuine photographs of our products. Please be aware that there might be slight color variations within the normal range due to different lighting environments and display screens. However, it's important to note that the hair extensions's style might be slightly affected during shipping over long distances. You can easily fix this by giving it a simple touch-up upon receiving the product.

Can I dye the hair extensions?

Yes, it can be dyed into other colors. As a general rule, it is easier to darken the hair than to lighten the hair. We highly recommend having your hairdresser dye the extensions as you will get the results you want, coloring them yourself always poses a high risk of not coming out the shade you want. If you can not get to a salon, always use a good quality hair dye and test a small sample first.

Do you have any product in black color?

Yes, we have hair extensions in jet black color. We also have natural black, and they might appear slightly brownish under bright lights or sunlight.

I saw a product that I really like. Can you customize it for me?

Treat the hair as if it is your own. Use a flat iron/straighter or tongs even when fitted, but as with your own hair, never use hot tools too often as you could dry the hair and it will not last as long.

How to determine the purchase quantity?

For invisible tape hair extensions, one pack contains 24 pieces, and for seamless tape hair extensions, one pack contains 20 pieces. For I/U/V Tip Extensions, one bulk has 25 pieces, and one package includes two bulks.

Regardless of the type, we recommend purchasing at least 2 packs for optimal results. 2-3 packs can increase hair thickness, 4-5 packs can cover the entire head.

What's the difference between regular and invisible styles?

The regular style needs to be concealed under your own hair to avoid detection and is made from regular human hair. The invisible style can be directly applied to the surface of the hair, featuring inherent invisibility, and is crafted from high-quality virgin hair for a softer and smoother feel.

How should I care for my hair extensions?

Proper care is essential to extend the life of your hair extensions. Follow these daily hair care tips:

  1. Saturate the hair products with warm water.
  2. Apply a generous amount of hair conditioner to the hair, and gently detangle it with your fingers or wide-tooth comb. To minimize its frizz or dryness, you can let the conditioner sit for 15 minutes before rinsing with warm water. After that, use sulfate-free shampoo to wash your hair. (Please wash the hair in downward motion to prevent tangling)
  3. Hold the wig cap/tapes and gently squeeze out excess water without wringing or twisting the hair to avoid tangling. Dry the hair with microfiber towel to minimize frizziness.
  4. Let them air dry in a well-ventilated place. If you prefer using a hairdryer, please make sure to set it to a low temperature when you blow dry it. Apply leave-in conditioner or hair care oil if needed.

Can I change the hairstyle of hair extensions?

Of course! Our hair is 100% human hair, and it can be restyled. You can restyle them using a hairdryer, straightener, or curling iron based on your preferences. After styling, you may use leave-in conditioner or hair serum to prevent dryness.

How should I store my hair products?

We recommend placing the wig on a wig stand or mannequin head when not in use. This prevents tangling and helps maintain the wig's shape.

Additionally, please store all hair products in a cool and dry place to protect its quality.

Can the adhesive be directly applied to the skin?

We assure you that all adhesives we use are safe and harmless. However, we do not recommend applying the adhesive directly to the skin. If your hair is too thin for tape application, we suggest purchasing a hair topper and applying the tape to the topper for a secure fit.

How to reuse?

After 6-8 weeks of use, it's recommended to remove the hair extensions and replace them with the tape provided. This allows for reapplication, and you can repeat the process for continued use.

To remove glue from your hair, we recommend using our professional adhesive remover for a safe and efficient process. The use of an adhesive remover makes the hair extension removal process easier and more effective.

How do I wash my hair?

The first step to washing your item is to make sure it is detangled. Use a wide tooth comb to remove any knots your item may have. Next, you want to pour a cap full of item shampoo into a large bowl filled with water. Gently swirl your item in the solution and let it sit in the bowl for 10 minutes. After the 10 minutes have passed, rinse your item until the water runs clear. Wrap your item in a towel and gently pat dry until all excess water is gone. Finish with a leave-in conditioner, focusing most of the product towards the ends as this is where the hair gets the most tangles. Let it air dry.

How long does it take to receive my package after placing an order?

Most of our products are shipped within 48 hrs after placing an order. For pre-sale products, the shipping time is based on the time displayed on the product details page.

Which shipping carrier do you use? Can I choose a specific carrier for shipping?

We currently partner with UPS, DHL, FedEx, and USPS for shipping. If you want to specify a shipping carrier, please leave us a note at the checkout page.

How long will it take to receive my order?

My package arrived damaged, and a wig is missing/damaged upon receipt. What should I do?

If your package is damaged upon receipt, please check if any products inside the package are missing or damaged. Please retain the outer packaging with the tracking number and all products you received, and contact our customer service and the logistics provider as soon as possible. Our staff will assist you to find a proper solution.

Why does the hair I receive look different from what I saw on the website?

Our wigs are packaged and shipped directly after styling, so the product you receive may have slight differences from the pictures. You can easily fix this by giving it a simple touch-up or hair care upon receiving the product.

Is it normal for some hair to shed right after I received the wig?

Each wig will be inspected thoroughly before being shipped. However, there might be some leftover cut hair from the trimming process. You can gently comb the hair with a wide-toothed comb or fingers, and the amount falling-out hair will gradually reduce.
